Material disclosure

APR Disclosure & Estimated Loan Terms (For Qualified Applicants) Annual Percentage Rate (APR) reflects the annualized cost of borrowing and includes interest as well as certain finance charges assessed by a lender. APR is expressed as a percentage and is intended to help consumers compare the cost of credit across different offers. badcreditturbo.com does not make loans, does not set interest rates, and does not make credit decisions. Lenders within our network determine all loan terms independently. Based on lender offerings currently available through our network, APRs may generally fall between approximately 5.99% and 35.99%, though lower or higher rates may be offered depending on the lender, loan product, and applicant qualifications. Loan repayment periods offered by lenders commonly range from just over 60 days to as long as 72 months, depending on the product selected. The exact APR, repayment schedule, total loan cost, and duration will be disclosed by the lender before you accept any loan offer.

Interest, Fees & Other Charges Determined by Lenders badcreditturbo.com does not charge users any fees and does not add interest or finance charges to any loan. All interest rates, fees, and other charges are established by the lender making the loan and are disclosed in the lender’s loan agreement. Applicants should carefully review all lender-provided documents before agreeing to any loan. You are under no obligation to accept any offer presented, and you may decline an offer at any time prior to execution of a loan agreement.

Timing of Loan Approval & Funding Loan applications submitted through this website are reviewed directly by participating lenders. Approval decisions are made solely by the lender. If approved, some lenders may transmit funds as soon as the same business day; however, actual funding times depend on lender processing and the policies of your financial institution.

Late Payment, Partial Payment & Non-Payment Considerations By accepting a loan offer, you agree to repay the loan according to the schedule and terms established by the lender. Late payments, missed payments, or failure to repay the loan in full may result in additional fees, penalties, or other consequences as described in the lender’s agreement. badcreditturbo.com does not have visibility into individual lender fee structures and cannot estimate the charges that may apply in the event of late or non-payment. Borrowers should review lender policies carefully before accepting a loan.

Credit Authorization & Potential Credit Impact Participating lenders may verify applicant information and, where permitted by law, obtain consumer credit reports or other credit data to evaluate creditworthiness. By submitting a request through this website, you authorize lenders in our network to perform these checks as part of their underwriting process. Late or missed payments may be reported to credit bureaus and could negatively impact your credit profile. Credit reporting practices vary by lender.

Collections & Account Servicing badcreditturbo.com is not involved in loan servicing or debt collection activities. All servicing and collection practices are handled directly by the lender in accordance with their agreement and applicable law. Borrowers with questions regarding payment schedules, servicing, or collections should contact the lender directly using the information provided in their loan documents.

Advertising & Referral Relationship Disclosure badcreditturbo.com operates as an advertising and referral platform that connects consumers with independent lenders or lending partners. We do not take loan applications on behalf of lenders, do not broker loans, and do not act as an agent of any lender. We may receive compensation from lenders or other advertising partners for referral or marketing services. This compensation may influence which offers are displayed or the order in which they appear. Some users may be matched with tribal lenders, whose rates and fees may differ from those of state-licensed lenders and who may be governed by federal and tribal law rather than state law. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to lend or a solicitation of credit.

Availability & Eligibility Considerations Loan availability, amounts, APRs, and repayment terms depend on multiple factors, including applicant credit profile, lender underwriting criteria, and applicable federal, state, or tribal laws. Not all lenders operate in all states.

Important Use Considerations Loans available through our network are typically offered in amounts ranging from $1000 to $5,000, depending on eligibility. Short-term or small-dollar loans are not intended to be long-term financial solutions and should be used responsibly.

Loan Extensions & Renewals Renewal or extension options, if available, are determined by the lender and disclosed in the lender’s agreement. Borrowers should review renewal terms carefully before accepting a loan.
